Yoga is not about doing the hard poses (asanas), it should be comfortable (Sukha) & steady (Sthira). One should always keep these two words in mind when practicing Yoga.

Yoga includes Asana (postures) and Pranayama (controlled breathing), which is to promote good health and keep our wandering mind in control.

Even when we are exercising we are never aware of our body or our movement.  Our mind is always wondering around. Yoga can teach you how you can control your mind and synchronize with your moment, and you can be fully present.

Adapted Yoga​

Yoga class adapted to the needs of each individual participant. In this class the posture/Asana are designed to the participant’s ability, even they are in wheelchair.

Chair Yoga

For those who cannot sit on the floor, will receive all the Yoga benefits in the chair.

Yoga Nidra​

Yoga Nidra means “Yogic Sleep”. Yoga Nidra is a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental & emotional relaxation.
If you find hard to meditate, this session can help you to get similar benefits.
